Welcome to Darcey’s Studio. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

We specialise in lash and brow services and use Timely as our booking platform.
2. Appointments & Bookings
2.1 Booking System
All appointments must be made through our online booking system, powered by Timely.
You will receive confirmation and reminder emails/SMS directly from the system.
2.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate contact details to ensure we can reach you regarding your appointment.
2.3 Patch Tests
Some treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
If a patch test is not completed, we may refuse treatment and the cancellation policy may apply.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows
3.1 Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
3.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which is outlined on our booking page.
3.3 No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in:
- Being charged the full service price
- Being required to pay a deposit for future bookings
4. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
If we cannot complete the service in the remaining time, the cancellation policy may apply.
5. Service Suitability & Health Conditions
5.1 Health and Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
5.2 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:
- It is unsafe to proceed
- You have not completed a required patch test
- You exhibit inappropriate or unsafe behaviour
6. Payments
6.1 Accepted Methods
We accept payment methods listed on our booking system and in-studio.
Some payments may be processed through Timely’s payment partners (e.g. Stripe).
6.2 Prices
All prices are listed clearly on our website or booking platform.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
8. Refunds & Satisfaction
We aim for all clients to leave happy.
If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the issue.
Refunds are not generally offered for completed services, but we may offer corrections at our discretion.
9. Website Use
9.1 Content
All images, text and branding on our website belong to Darcey’s Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.
9.2 Accuracy
We do our best to ensure all information is accurate, but errors can occur.
We reserve the right to update content without prior notice.
10. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from misuse of our services
- Allergic reactions if you decline a patch test
- Personal items lost or damaged on the premises
- Events outside our control (e.g., power outages, illness)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
